The trial lesson or air experience flight is a great introduction to helicopter flying!

You will arrive about half an hour before the scheduled flight time, to meet me and have a pre-flight briefing. During this time the effects of the helicopter’s controls will be explained, along with some essential safety information.Then we go out to the R22 two-seater helicopter, strap in, and go flying. The start-up and shut-down of the helicopter takes approximately six minutes; the rest of the time we will be airborne, and you will be able to have a go at flying. You will also be able to attempt hovering (the most difficult exercise) if you wish. We will have a fantastic view of the surrounding countryside of Staffordshire and the Peak District, and if there is anywhere in the area you wish to go, or anything you would like demonstrated, you only have to ask.
This will be an experience you will treasure forever…or maybe the beginning of a new hobby or even a new career; the choice is yours. |
