At 12:08, CP sent a reasonably courteous apology, with a comment that she thinks, "this has gone to far now".

As a result, I will be editing the post to show only her initials. I wish her well in the future, and hope that she will start to show the high regard for accuracy that separates good agency staff from the less effective.

Despite originally claiming not to have my phone number, CP phoned me immediately after I had the courtesy to draw her attention to this blog article.

After she complained that she was upset by this article mentioning her name, and actions, she agreed that nothing was factually inaccurate, but she did not like her, or her company’s, errors being publicised. She then asked a colleague of hers to speak to me. He chose to harangue me, particularly about the original title of this article: “Incompetent agencies”. When I managed to query whether he had actually read it, or the email correspondence, he said “No”, but said C was upset. His uninformed attack did not present his company in a good light. Despite his colleague having telephoned me, he said, “I don’t want to waste any more time on this phone call”. I pointed out that I had listened to his abuse and I had offered to remove C’s name if she would be polite enough to apologise for her failures.
