I recently found hot links, in the logs, to image on www.dragonthoughts.com by kids.goo.ne.jp. On tracing further, I found that they have stolen complete web pages, but are still using my css and images.

kids.goo.ne.jp have altered links in the stolen content to their own. Their rewriting of my pages also results in many broken links on their version.

So far, I have put in preventative measures for goo.ne.jp linking to images, and am informing their affliiates, in my limited Japanese.
